Do I have to register to complete the purchase?
No, you don’t have to register on our website to shop.
If you create a personal account you can:

Can I amend my order before it is shipped?
Amendments can be made before the warehouse has processed the order.
If you’ve changed your mind, we suggest that you contact Customer Service immediately and they will check the status of your request.

What are the shipping times?
Orders are delivered within approximately 4-8 working days.
Products are delivered by courier during office hours, Monday to Friday. Shipments and deliveries are not made on public holidays.
Always choose an address where someone can receive the delivery. If you prefer to have your order sent to the office or reception, please also give the name of the contact person.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free.
How can I check the shipping status?
The order confirmation email gives the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.
If you are a Registered User, you can track the shipment directly in the “My orders” section.
What happens if I am not at home when the courier comes?
The courier will make another delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automated email in which to reschedule the delivery.
If you do not receive this email or the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
Choose the country where you want the products to be delivered; if you're buying a gift, remember to select the recipient's country.
Are there addresses to which you can't ship?
We cannot deliver to post office boxes and poste restante.
We also cannot ship to the following areas: • Campione d‘Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno • Azores • Madeira • French overseas departments • Channel Islands • Gibraltar • Canary Islands • Balearic Islands • Andorra • Ceuta • Melilla • Åland Islands • Vatican City • San Marino
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request an online return and a further 14 days to have the items collected by the courier. This service is completely free.
IF YOU ARE AN UNREGISTERED USER:
You can make an online return from this page.
You will need:
• The order number
• The email address you used when making your purchase
IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED USER:
• Log in to your My Account
• Go to the “My Orders” section and choose the product to return
Complete your return by following these simple steps:
- Click on “Return Product”
- Choose a reason
- Select the date and time you would like the item to be collected. Make sure you choose a date that is within 14 days of when you activate the request
- Review the information in the summary
- Click on Submit Request
Our Quality Control Office will check the returned item for conformity. If the outcome is positive, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details within a few days.
The return can only be sent from the country where you received the order. If sent from a different country, it will be blocked by customs.
